Water As Fuel

Water is H20. [HOH]. Welding fuel is HHO. This chemical change represents a shift in organization within the water molecule. It is similar to stacking two bricks on top of one another, rather than having them lay seperately. The top brick has a high amount of kinetic potential and is therefore valuable.

Chemically, when this brick falls, we would feel it as heat by Newton's laws. An equal and opposite reaction, chemically. Heat is the reciprocation from collapsing molecules. Special energy forms reciprocating can cause chemical chain reactions resulting in special stable collapsed products.

We are trying to identify and produce a special molecular reciprocation energy form without the actual molecule. No atomic components ever actually 'touch'. Their fields touch. Also, the Theory of Infinite Smallness says that even solid matter is bundled fields, like tightly wadded wrapping paper containing no gift but itself.

Every atom and molecule vibrates at a certain Hz frequency. The theory of entrainment says that competition exists between two similar Hz waves operating in the same space. This causes radio stations to experience forms of interference.

The vibration of an atom is the result of the internal vibrations of its component parts, electrons, protons, neutrons, and other subatomic particles. They all hang together because of their equalizing resonation and resulting charge. Matter functions as a prism for energy/electricity, itself denser vibrations, which act as a multiplier, a scattering force, and a charge holding capacitor upon a sending charge.

These vibrations combine geometrically into the vibration frequency and shape of the stable atom. If the atom is acted upon by an Entrainment Principle-active force it may push the internal vibrating portions into different patterns and the atom will change its patterns to a new stability.

If we find specific atomic vibration stabilities and stable vibrations of subatomic parts we can build EP-active Hz charges and waves to make atoms change into other stabilities. This is producing chemical effects without originating chemical actions.

The primary test is to change HOH into HHO.

A special level of [e-] Hz frequency one way to introduce this EP-active Hz to an atom. HOH conducts electricity well and the field in the electricity should harass the molecule into changing form through a special electrolysis.

Stanley Meyer's water research stated that the appropriate EP-active frequency for changing H2O's vibration is ~14300 Hz.

The voltage required to affect the atom was said to be 1500V. The amperage is less important, as an atom is very small and "one atomful" of current should be sufficient for this non-chemical reaction. 1500V is a level unknown. The densities of the atom, it's stability and electrical viscosity is broken by a certain level of voltage.

Electrical viscosity is the amount of charge required to break an existing flowing circuit. The more current in the circuit, the greater the viscosity. Also, conductivity sufficient to hold an amount of voltage equal to or greater than the EV should attract the current of the circuit away to another path. This is what must occur in the atom. Since we cannot yet move ohms to the atomic level, applying overpowering voltage to the atom's circuits [stabilities] is the method to move an atom's stable charge.

The EV of atoms and molecules are unstated. The level of association between two parts of a molecule is also unknown. A voltage of 1500V has been posited, and seems a suitable test origination, adding one variable. This level of uncertainty can be pared down upon results.

through water for several seconds each at varying lead distances produced failure. Insufficient amperage suspected.

Amperage to be increased from 10mA through to 1A at this charge. Hz freuqency to be tested between 14100 to 14500 Hz. Additional Hz examination and range testing to be performed.
